NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY 

NSU’s M.S. in Real Estate Development (M.S.R.E.D.) program is one of the most comprehensive in the country. Unlike M.B.A. degrees that offer real estate concentrations, NSU’s M.S.R.E.D. is focused exclusively on core real estate development courses, real world learning, and projects that develop the industry’s future leaders.

The M.S.R.E.D. program has prepared Cho to undertake responsibility in development, management, investment, and sales and marketing firms. Cho enters the industry as an emerging leader knowing how to locate and analyze the diverse aspects of real estate from legal, economic, and financial considerations to political and regulatory requirements. The classes, in-field case studies, and real-world projects from noted professionals and NSU staff has provided hands-on applications of practical knowledge that is currently used by Cho and NDI Real Estate Group.
